1. Ingredientes
10 colheres de sopa cheia de farinha de trigo
2 colheres de sopa cheia de maisena
1/2 copo de óleo de girassol
1 e 1/2 copo de leite de aveia
1/2 cebola média ralada
1 e 1/2 colher de chá de farinha de linhaça
Sal a gosto
2. Preparo
Bater no liquidificador o leite, óleo, farinha de linhaça e a cebola, depois vai colocando aos poucos a farinha de trigo e a maisena até ficar uma massa cremosa. Untar uma frigideira com azeite e assar as panquecas. Rechear a gosto.
